Hello, I am Ann Black, Broker/Owner of Ann Black Realty, Inc. I have been listing and selling real estate in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina since 1990. I market residential homes including new construction and existing homes. I also market commercial properties including office condo spaces, commercial buildings and land. My primary areas of listing and selling are Thomasville, Archdale/Trinity and the High Point area. My business has grown and I have had listings and sold properties in Greensboro, Winston Salem, Kernersville & Lexington including the High Rock lake area. I have a wonderful husband, Mickey who is the one person who really believed in me, encouraged me and is always standing by my side. We have been married for 41 years. Mickey is a building contractor and he understands my business and the many number of hours it takes to be a success. Mickey and I attend Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church in Thomasville.
Mickey and I have 2 children, Lane, who is also in sales. He has a lovely wife, Deah, who is a paralegal. They have a 3 year old son, Brayden. Our beautiful daughter, Anitra, is a music and drama teacher. She is married to Kyle Spencer also is a teacher and the wrestling coach at Trinity High School. They have an 8 year old son, Randy Lee. Randy Lee and Brayden are the light of our lives.
